Food and drink, ideally, should have minimal interference in their journey towards production, and onwards to consumption, if it’s to be positive for both health and the environment. Harvest typically looks at produce such as this, while maintaining a focus on the source from whence they came.

Here food and beverages from all corners of the Australian garden will be explored. The focus includes restaurants, food production farms, wineries, breweries, coffee and tea plantations, community gardens and backyard (or front yard) kitchens. Have any ideas?
